2010 Sponsorship Opportunities
We're looking for businesses and service providers to join us. This is an incredible opportunity to reach over 5,000
runners and their family members through signage and give-aways. Please email us or call us at 708-448-9200 if
you're interested. There are six types of sponsorships:
Platinum Sponsorship $20,000 SOLD OUT
Gold Sponsorship $10,000
• 10 foot X 3 foot logo banner placement at packet pick up tent
• Corporate sponsor name placed on half marathon web site
• Logo recognition on half marathon promotional material
• Logo display on half marathon shirts

On May 1 at the Health Fair Expo volunteers helped with the following:
PRE-REGISTRATION/PACKET PICK-UP
A group of 25 volunteers passed out bib numbers and t-shirts to those participants who have sent in their applications by
mail or through on-line registration. Volunteers should be able to handle questions and a flurry of activity all at once.
Registration tent will be set-up and run by a Head Registrar.
25 Volunteers will be needed.
Time Commitment: 9:00am – 3:00pm
INFORMATION/DIRECTIONAL/GREETERS
These volunteers must be able to speak clearly and direct participants accordingly. Volunteers will be
placed at the entrances to the Expo and around the pre-registration/packet pick-up & chip pick-up areas to direct
participants to the correct areas and answer any questions they may have.
10 volunteers will be needed.
Time Commitment: 9:00am – 3:00pm
